1. Acceptance

By accessing or using OAG (Omra AI Gateway) at omra.pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

OAG is an AI gateway platform that routes requests to large language model providers, integrates with CRM and business tools, and provides a management interface for teams. Access is provided on an invitation or subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Each account must be used by a single individual — sharing credentials between multiple people is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OAG to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or overload the platform.
  • Resell or redistribute access without authorization.
  • Violate the terms of any connected third-party service (Google, GitHub, etc.).

5. Third-party integrations

OAG connects to third-party AI providers and business tools on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms of service. We are not liable for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or changes at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

OAG is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.
